Country Garden Drystone Wall, Methven, Perthshire

Built just a year ago, this wee drystone, garden retaining wall in Perthshire is looking like it has always been there! This low wall was created to add some height and interest to a flowerbed area, as well as to provide more seating in the garden. The flat copes we used look great and are also very comfortable to sit on. The fieldstone we used was sourced just a mile or so away, a testament to the sustainability of drystone as a garden feature. It’s so nice to see our drystone settle in to its surroundings.
